Socks are mandatory at play area. They will also be available to buy at the venue for a fee.

2. Are adults allowed in the play area?

One adult is allowed inside the play area per child

3. How will I get booking confirmation?

Once the payment is made, you will receive booking confirmation over an email as well as whatsapp message. You can show any of these to get entry at the place.

4. Can I reschedule my booking?

5. What is the cancellation and refund policy?

You can cancel your booking anytime and we will process the refund. You wont be charged unless you visit.  For eg- If you booked and could not utilize it, we will happily cancel or reschedule for you.
